Start A Return

We appreciate your support and business! Please be responsible for reviewing our return policy before purchasing.

We understand if you ordered an item that you don't love and are happy to help! Please follow the instructions below to easily request a return.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery of the item(s) to start a return. Please ship item(s) back within 30 days of delivery of the item(s). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that some products will require photos sent prior to the return. This is to ensure our vendor's return policies are met. If a product you're returning requires photos, we will contact you.

Items that are returned with deodorant, make-up, perfume, or similar product defects will be returned to the customer and are subject to additional shipping costs.

To start a return, simply complete the form on our Start A Return page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages and issues need to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery of the item(s). 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale/clearance items, jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, and accessories are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank.
